The Baker - watch free
Free watch The Baker film. A film “The Baker” by Gareth Lewis. I am often a bit leery of the term “black comedy” because it is sometimes used to describe films that I find strange and unfunny – but that is not the case with Gareth Lewis’s wonderful new movie The Baker. Micheal Gambons role could have been played by any actor, then they could have brought in some comedy actors - icons instead. Damian Lewis for me isn’t a comedy actor, an assassin yes, but a baker no. amian Lewis is absolutely wonderful in the lead role, displaying the perfect blend of comedy, action and romance. Hats off, bravo and well done to everyone involved in this immensely enjoyable and entertaining film. Watch full The Baker film online.

[..YouTube..] Wow! This movie looks incredible. Can’t wait to see it. Tichina Arnold and Beverly Todd look amazing in this clip…and Peter Coyote down right scary. Love the fact that it was filmed in Georgia, where this all happened. I hope to see more stories like this…

[..YouTube..] Heard this story had been filmed by a great director and wonderful cast. I am looking forward to seeing it. Arnold and Todd are perfect in their roles and give strong performances. This is an important story and one that should be told to the world. I commend Georgia’s efforts to bring important and relevant film to fruition. It is a great setting for the movie industry business.

[..YouTube..] They often changes names to protect families etc. Also you must know that Not everyone wanted this story to be told!

[..YouTube..] I allow you’re right. I sort of figured that might be the case after I posted that.

[..YouTube..] This trailer outlines the tragic story of an African American woman in the fifties. I hope Lena’s children are still alive and recognise this film as an acknowledgment that a travesty was committed. However harrowing, it must be watched.

[..YouTube..] She was sent to the chair in March of 1945. The film was premiered at the Atlanta Film Festival on April 10th and one of her grandchildren was in attendance. It will be shown at the Cannes Market on May 16th of this year.

[..YouTube..] The movie looks interesting, but it doesn’t seem to match up with the profound and captivating staged performance I saw in DeLand, FL. I just happened to be visiting and had read something in Jet about the movie being produced, so I went to see the play at the Sands Theatre. Too bad that play performance was not produced. That lady had great presence on stage.
May 22nd, 2008 at 3:17 am
[..YouTube..] Interestingly, the producer of the stage version was soliciting Tichina Arnold (among others) to play the lead.
June 15th, 2008 at 12:28 pm
[..YouTube..] wow in an essence article with Tichina Arnold I head about this movie but i had no idea that it was based on a story this old.
July 24th, 2008 at 4:16 am
[..YouTube..] Does anyone know when this movie will premier?
July 24th, 2008 at 4:25 pm
[..YouTube..] American World Pictures is marketing it. It does not have a US distributor yet so the producers will likely distribute it themselves. Look for a limited release in November in Atlanta. Based on how that plays out it could move to Dallas, Philly and LA.

[..YouTube..] can’t wait to see the movie
August 3rd, 2008 at 1:55 am
[..YouTube..] The trailer isn’t put together that well. It has a lot of gaps and doesn’t really illustrate the story it is trying to tell; but I haven’t seen the move either…and probably won’t…Melton Mclaurin’s “Celia, A Slave”ibill
August 3rd, 2008 at 6:58 am
[..YouTube..] Sorry that you are not impressed Ibill. We do the best we can on a low budget. I am happy to comp you a ticket when we lock up a US distributor. Seriously!

August 7th, 2008 at 3:37 am
[..YouTube..] Great Movie! When is this movie coming out. I think Tichina Arnold was an excellent choice for this roll. I like Halle, Gabrielle, and Sanaa but it times to let some underated talent shine. Will this go to the theater or dvd.
August 8th, 2008 at 4:35 am
[..YouTube..] that may not be the most structured trailer ever, but my god the film looks great. I agree that arnold was a great choice. Cant wait to see the full movie.
August 8th, 2008 at 10:18 am
[..YouTube..] The trailer’s not so hot–all over the place, but that’s probably in an attempt to touch on so many accessories to the main storyline. My guess is that the actual flick is *fyah*… and I get that just from the trailer, so I plan to catch it upon release.
August 10th, 2008 at 3:16 pm
[..YouTube..] Wow, I was mesmerized. Looks like a difficult movie to watch, subject wise, but I want to see it.

October 14th, 2008 at 7:24 am
[..YouTube..] I want to know when is this movie going to be available on dvd. I read the book and it is great. I had the liberty to meet Tichina Arnold in a small town called Camilla, Ga where she was at our local Wal-Mart. That’s when she told me about the movie and the location it was taking place which is not far from where I live. I am excited that southwest ga is doing big things
October 25th, 2008 at 6:14 pm
[..YouTube..] This films is amazing. Tichina Arnold and Ralph Wilcox deserve Oscars! I saw it back in September and there wasn’t a dry eye around me. (There is a better trailer for the film.) It will debut in February 2009 in Atlanta, GA.
