Watch Bedtime Stories film. A film “Bedtime Stories” by Adam Shankman. I was prepared to suffer through Bedtime Stories, his offering in the 2008 Christmas glut of fine movies that have few for kids. I have to say that I enjoyed and laughed as much as she did. I didn’t see anything hackneyed or clichéd moments lend itself to funny cookie cutter movies. So if your looking for something more than what you see in the previews, forget it. It isn’t happening. This movie makes no pretenses about what it is exactly about: good fun. Also the cast co-stars Russell Brand from Forgetting Sarah Marshall’s fame, who also delivers several laughs just like his previous performance. Now imagined if Walter Mitty, fantasies actually start coming true. It’s nice to see Adam Sandler not over perform with his comedy for once with his comedy. Adam Sandler kept his offending, characteristic weirdness to a minimum most of the time. The ending plot line wasn’t anything unique or that appealing, though it neatly, perhaps to neatly wrapped up loose ends. It has great effects also, and great slapstick too.
