One could argue that the definitive portrayal of Scrooge one of the best known characters in literary fiction, ever was created by Alastair Sim in the 1951 film; but I think with his performance here, Scott has now achieved that distinction. The supporting performances are uniformly excellent, as are the costumes, music, and scenery. 19th Century London comes to life in Clive Donner’s visionary style. The film even borders on frightening in several scenes involving the spirits. The spirits are all effective, each one creepier than the last. Watching the dark, floating, skeletal form of the Spirit of Christmas Yet to Come sends shivers down my spine every year. He could portray the sour and crusty Scrooge, and a misunderstood, sympathetic Scrooge all in the same scene. The superb job done by the supporting actors add greatly to this production, which is simply the most enjoyable of all the Christmas Carol versions I have seen. Tim in this version of The Christmas Carol is a little tough to look at, almost too sweet. Still the music and the scenery make this a must watch every holiday. Patrick Stewart in his live performances and filmed play has pretty much taken over the part of Scrooge. But George C. Scott captures the old miser pretty well in this film.Edward Woodward is wonderfully cheerful as Christmas Present. I like the way he gets in Scrooge’s face at one point and tells him in the eyes of heaven Tiny TIm’s life might be worth more then his. Watch free full A Christmas Carol (1984) film online.

Watch Mickey’s Christmas Carol film. A film “Mickey’s Christmas Carol” by Burny Mattinson. Free online Mickey’s Christmas Carol movie. Carl Barks’ Scrooge McDuck plays Ebenezer Scrooge as various other Disney Characters teach him to be kind and not miserly with the tried and true 3-celebrity ghosts formula. A highly entertaining, well done and nicely drawn animated short. It’s quite a memorable short, it’s also shown on the made-for-video christmas movie ” House of Mouse: It snowed at the House of Mouse”. With animation by people as Mark Henn, Glen Keane, Randy Cartwright. It’s my opinion that this short deserves a remake into a full DTV sequel. If this cartoon has one flaw, it’s that it doesn’t have the same kind of irreverent spirit and sharp wit that so many of Disney’s other movies and cartoon shorts have. Maybe it was a rush job?. I do believe that it could have been a feature length film but as a big fan of Scrooge McDuck I can just turn to Duck Tales if I want more of him. For Disney fans, animation fans, and Christmas fans, this movie is a great addition to your collection. Watch This Christmas film. A film “This Christmas” by Preston A. Whitmore II. Watch This Christmas 2007 movie online here. It is unfortunate the previews for this movie are so low profile. I didn’t know what to expect and wasn’t sure I wanted to see the move, but my 16 year old saw it on Black Friday and told me the movie was excellent. He’s usually into movies like Live Free or Die Hard, hated Dream Girls and thought American Gangster was “just okay”, so I HAD to see what had him so excited about this film. I just can’t say enough about the solid acting done in this movie. Delroy Lindo, Loretta Divine, Idris Elba and Regina King did stellar performances (I’ve never seen any of them NOT perform well) and EVERYONE did a great job. Chris Brown showed us he is more than a wonderful singer and dancer. I look forward to seeing him in more serious roles like this one. I believe he has a lot of potential to be a serious actor. There are just not enough good things I can say about “This Christmas.” You have to see it for yourself. One of the best gifts I gave myself this year. Watch free full This Christmas film online.
