First off the script is terrible. The novel “Andromeda Strain” director by Michael Chrichton could have been updated to 2008 U.S.A. without doing the overboard nonsense as clearly demonstrated in the above-mentioned awful remakes. i got bored with this silly remake after only a few minutes . right after the 19th guy got shot in the head i turned it off. someone suggested they should never remake a good movie because there is nowhere to go except down . made for TV or cable are usually stinkers anyway.
